Resonable price
I booked 2 rooms I was hoping they were going to be next to each other as we were a family. We also found that the room temperature was too hot and it made our sleep a bit uncomfortable. Maybe add some trendy bed linen to add some class to the rooms.

Friendliness from the whole staff. Location really close to St Faiths church, local restaurants, and lake and dining👌👌

missingWrote a review on 26 Novgreat locationclean roomsslow check-in
The location near the lake, especially for evening walks. Access to Novotel facilities seemed like a bonus-indulging in the buffet there with a fantastic seafood selection was a highlight. The cleanliness of the room was a plus. There were some hiccups. Check-in was delayed until nearly 6:40 pm, frustrating after a long day. Towels in the room were provided for only two guests even though I had booked for three, which should have been more thoughtful. The air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't working. While there were enjoyable aspects, improvements are definitely needed in terms of communication and room preparation.

Comfortable king-sized bed and a modern feel made our stay enjoyable. The bathroom needs a refresh, and the evening menu at the onsite restaurant could use more variety.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast could benefit from fresher options instead of powdered eggs.

I appreciated this great hotel in the centre of the city. The setting of property was marvellous and perfect, in front of the restaurant where everyone could see you. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants, lakefront and centre of Rotorua.

Beautiful scenery and a clean, comfortable environment defined the stay. The king room offered a good view of the city, and the accessible nearby spa was a fantastic touch for relaxation. The amenities felt slightly basic, and the overall atmosphere lacked a bit of vibrancy. Dining options were nearby, but the hotel itself could improve its food offerings, as I missed experiencing something unique during my time here.

The view overlooking the lake was lovely. Super comfy beds. Staff were friendly and particularly helpful, especially Bridget, who shared great local tips.
Breakfast could be better organized, it got quite crowded. The hot food wasn't very warm at all.
